Many users like how Verizon Wireless brings support to their needs and problems. Verizon customer service is one of the best customer service places I have ever been a part of. Anytime there is a problem with a bill or an upgrade or anything, they are always there to solve the problem with ease. Recently, I was eligible for an upgrade and they did everything they could to save me the most money.
Upgrade your smartphone
Upgrades are available every two years with Verizon. It is a good plan because after the two years are up, then it is time for a new phone anyways most of the time. Phones do not last the whole two years unless you are very fragile with them. Smartphones are taking over the whole wireless scene so they are more prone to damage than the traditional flip phones were.
Verizon Customer Service and your bill
VERIZON CUSTOMER SERVICE is always there if I have a question about my bill. One example would be two years ago whenever the new contract went into effect. The bill I received was outrageously high because of the plan changes whenever they added the new phone to the bill. The bill was high because my unlimited text messaging had been removed in the process so I was being charged for each message. Verizon customer service took care of the problem over the phone and credited my account back the amount that I did not owe. We haven’t had any more problems with the bill ever since this incident because the plan stayed the same the rest of the contract term. Now it is time to sign a new two year agreement and upgrade my device so I will be going to see the Verizon customer service team again soon. My local branch has some of the best people working with them that can always take care of my questions. Verizon is by far the best wireless carrier on the market today.
I have installed an apple extreme router in my home. I would like Verizon-FIOS to turn off ONLY the wifi portion of the modem in my house. Also the WAN jack in the modem does not work. can that be turned on??
